Job Description
Grewals is seeking a full-time Debit Card Operations Supervisor to manage instant debit card issuance, ATM printing, and field distribution. The role oversees end-to-end card production, enforces quality and security controls, ensures accurate system data entry, compiles operational reports, and escalates issues per bank policy. The Supervisor will train and supervise team members and coordinate field activity reports for management.
- Bachelor’s degree required (Business/Finance preferred)
- Experience in banking or card/ATM operations
- Strong organizational, reporting, data-entry, communication skills, and attention to detail
This is an in-person position.
