GrocerApp Private Limited is actively looking for dependable and dedicated Delivery Riders to become part of our growing team. In this position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and efficient delivery of grocery orders to our valued customers, all while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick up grocery orders from the dark store or warehouse
- Deliver orders to customers promptly and accurately
- Engage with customers in a professional manner
- Collect cash or verify online payments (if applicable)
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation
- Ensure motorcycle is well-maintained
