Job Description

Location: Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi
Openings: 4 positions available
Schedule: 8 hours per day, 6 days a week
Mode: On-site only
GrowthRise Solutions is in search of committed E-commerce Customer Support Specialists. The ideal candidates will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing orders and returns, and providing real-time assistance. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to excel in a dynamic environment are crucial for success in this role.
Qualifications:
- Must be available to work on-site in Bahria Town Phase 7.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Prior experience in e-commerce, with a preference for eBay.
- Personal laptop required.
Compensation: Starting at Rs40,00.00 per month.
