Job Description
H.S PVT LTD is actively seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Officer (Male) to enhance our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of HR operations and labor regulations, along with a commitment to creating a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations.
- Support payroll preparation and dissemination.
- Respond to employee inquiries with professionalism.
- Draft HR policies and official correspondence.
- Coordinate and manage performance evaluations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, 1–2 years of experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
