Job Description
The IT Help Desk at Habib University is the primary contact point for students and users seeking assistance with technical inquiries and issues concerning our IT infrastructure and services. We are looking for a Senior IT Support Officer to provide first-line technical support for hardware, operating systems, Microsoft Office, general software, and enterprise applications. This role is crucial in ensuring that all IT equipment in the library is operational, current, and secure.
