Job Description
Habib University seeks an Assistant Manager, Academic Operations to lead faculty onboarding, administer annual review and promotion processes, and coordinate faculty support services. This role oversees operational workflows, ensures policy compliance, and implements process improvements to support faculty success. Responsibilities include managing faculty data, producing reports and analytics, and assisting the Senior Manager, Academic Operations with systems and records maintenance. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and data-handling skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced academic environment.
