Job Description
Healthrix is searching for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist to join our vibrant medical billing team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in performing tasks related to billing, collections, and the resolution of outstanding claims.
- Submit and process medical claims to insurance providers and government agencies.
- Engage in effective communication with insurance companies, patients, and healthcare providers.
- Investigate and resolve claim denials and discrepancies efficiently.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables to ensure timely payments.
