Hiring Solutions is excited to announce an opening for a Senior HR Recruiter to enhance our team! In this vital role, you will collaborate with internal teams to grasp the technical requirements for various positions and actively source candidates through diverse channels.
Your primary responsibilities will include conducting initial interviews, coordinating technical assessments, and utilizing ATS and recruitment software to efficiently manage applicant information.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field and have a minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruitment.
