Job Description
We invite you to become a part of HOOP as a Call Center Customer Service Representative (CSR) based in Rawalpindi. This full-time position requires you to work from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM, five days a week.
Your primary responsibilities will include making outbound calls to US customers, answering inquiries, verifying eligibility, and providing comprehensive support for our products and services. We are looking for candidates who exhibit a professional demeanor, empathy, and a strong, solution-oriented approach to customer service.
Compensation for this position ranges from Rs45,00.00 to Rs120,00.00 monthly, along with one paid leave after successfully completing the probation period.
