Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Specialist to optimize revenue cycle operations, manage claims and denials, maintain payer communications, and lead continuous improvement initiatives. The role involves analyzing billing workflows, ensuring regulatory and payer compliance, delivering staff training, and collaborating with clinical and finance teams to maximize reimbursement and cash flow.
- Required: 5+ years RCM experience, expertise in claims adjudication and denial management, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with EHR and billing systems.
- Preferred: CPC or CPB certification and prior leadership experience.
