Job Description
We are seeking a motivated, target-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell security guard services to commercial, residential, and industrial clients. The ideal candidate will have strong field-sales experience, excellent communication, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Prospect and develop new business; generate leads through field visits, cold calls, networking, and research.
- Present proposals and quotations; achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales records and coordinate client onboarding with operations.
- Qualifications: proven sales experience (security services a plus), strong negotiation and customer-service skills, self-motivated, presentable; minimum Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree; valid driving license preferred.
