Job Description
HRMD Management, LLC is looking for a qualified Financial Specialist to become a vital part of our team. The ideal candidate will expertly calculate and communicate medical costs and copayments prior to patient appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a liaison between healthcare providers, patients, and insurance companies.
- Conduct outbound calls to patients regarding their financial responsibilities.
- Calculate procedure costs and provide clear explanations of financial obligations.
- Evaluate deductibles and copays that are not covered by insurance.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in verification, medical billing, or customer service.
- Detail-oriented with strong mathematical skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Financial diploma is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time; Pay: Rs75,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month; Night Shift: 6 pm – 2 am.
