Job Description
HRMD Management, LLC is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Care Executive. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, offering assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring an exceptional experience.
Your responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing product information, and assisting with order placement while maintaining a professional demeanor in all interactions. A proven background in customer service along with outstanding communication skills is essential.
This is a full-time, on-site position with a competitive salary range of Rs70,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month.
