Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Care Executive at HRMD Management, LLC. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries and ensuring a positive experience. Strong communication skills are essential.
Work on-site in Lahore | Night shift
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming patient inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist patients with service information and order placement.
Requirements: Experience in USA healthcare customer care is required (1 year).
