Location: Rawalpindi & Islamabad

About the Role:

Join HRPSP as a Technical Support Associate, where you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer support and ensuring timely assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

– Troubleshoot and resolve telecom service issues.

– Provide assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat.

– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications:

– 3-year diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunication, or IT required.

– Both fresh graduates and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.

– Male candidates aged between 32 and 35 years are preferred.

– Must possess a motorcycle and a valid driver’s license.

Salary: PKR 32,00 per month.
