Job Description
Company: HRSG Outsourcing Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Karachi
Salary: PKR 150,00 – 280,00 per month
Experience Required: 5–7 years in accounting and finance
Employment Type: HRSG Contract (12 months)
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze budget variances.
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements, including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in the review of financial statements.
- Generate management reports with in-depth financial analysis.
- Forecast performance trends and prepare budgets.
- Maintain compliance with government regulations.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience as a Financial Controller.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA/CMA designation preferred.
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
