Job Description
Location: Karachi
Compensation: PKR 150K – 170K + Commission + Additional Incentives
HRSG is on the lookout for a dynamic Sales Manager with a background in Call Centers or the Beauty/Aesthetics Industry. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving revenue growth while effectively managing customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies.
- Lead, supervise, and inspire the sales team.
- Establish and nurture strong client relationships.
Qualifications: A BBA/MBA or equivalent, with 5-7 years of sales experience, particularly within Call Centers or the Beauty Industry.
