Job Description
HRSG is seeking an experienced Plant General Manager to lead operations at our chemical plant in Karachi. The role oversees production, process engineering, utilities, maintenance, HSE, and quality to ensure safe, efficient, continuous operations. The manager will develop SOPs and preventive maintenance programs, drive process optimization and root‑cause analysis, and manage budgets, KPIs, and cross‑functional teams.
- Qualification: B.E. (Chemical preferred) or Mechanical
- Experience: 20+ years in industry with 5+ years leading full plant operations
- Employment: Full-time on-site; salary Rs300,00–Rs500,00/month
