Job Description
Job Description: As a Field Support Officer (FSO) at Humanetek Pvt Limited, you will provide timely assistance to our clients. Your responsibilities include:
- Responding to client requests immediately after a ticket is generated.
- Delivering household items, groceries, and medications.
- Visiting clients to resolve issues efficiently.
- Offering outstanding customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Requirements: Candidates must possess good communication skills, a kind personality, active listening abilities, and prior experience as a dispatch rider.
Salary: PKR 60,00/month
