About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated female Customer Service Representative to join our Life Back Taxes campaign. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, addressing client inquiries, and delivering a high-quality customer experience.
Requirements:
– Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role
– Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
– A confident, professional demeanor with a reliable work ethic
– Ability to handle high call volumes efficiently
