Job Description
IBEES Consulting is seeking a highly skilled and fluent English-speaking Customer Service Representative for our Packaging-based project targeting an international audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls, chats, and emails.
- Generate sales inquiries and ensure proper follow-up.
- Handle customer complaints and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications: Fluency in English; Graduation in any discipline; experience in packaging preferred.
Location: MM Alam Road, Lahore
Timings: 8 PM to 5 AM (Night Shift)
Pay: Rs50,00.00 – Rs75,00.00 per month (excluding commissions)
