Job Description
iGATE Technology is seeking a dedicated Logistic Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling daily customer support and compliance inquiries related to CTS, managing courier exceptions, and monitoring parcels that exceed delivery SLAs. Your duties will also include raising claims for parcels lost in transit and updating the claims report to reflect its status (Accepted, Rejected, & In-Process). Additionally, you will assist with various tasks as assigned by your reporting manager.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s Degree, at least 1 year of relevant experience, proficiency in MS Office, and strong communication skills are essential.
