Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete recruitment process.
- Conduct onboarding programs for new hires.
- Design and update company policies.
- Monitor attendance and leave records.
- Coordinate payroll processing.
- Maintain employee files and confidential HR data.
- Handle disciplinary actions.
- Participate in business planning meetings.
Timings: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Salary: Up to RS. 60,00
