Job Description
I&K Enterprises seeks an experienced Production Supervisor for the Bulk Production Department at Sheikhupura Road, Lahore (Mughal Pura/Shahdara/Sheikhupura). The role leads production teams to achieve targets, plan workflows and resources, verify batch cards, monitor production and equipment to reduce downtime, ensure product quality and safety, coordinate with QC/QA and Maintenance, maintain documentation, and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry
- Experience: 4–5 years in production supervision
- Employment: Male, full‑time, on‑site
- Skills: strong leadership, clear communication, analytical problem solving, time management, safety and quality focus
- Compensation: Rs50,00–60,00/month
