Job Description
Imtiaz Group (SMC Private) Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Learning & Development Specialist to enhance our training initiatives. In this role, you will assist in identifying training needs through surveys and consultations with business leaders. You will support the design and delivery of training programs, including e-learning and workshops.
Key responsibilities include coordinating training schedules, analyzing effectiveness, and supporting OD initiatives. Researching best practices in learning and employee engagement is also part of your duties.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs40,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month
Education: Master’s (Preferred)
