Job Description
Incotec Industries is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager based in Islamabad. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s or master’s degree (BBA/MBA preferred) and 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in industrial or manufacturing sectors.
- Lead regional sales, develop growth strategies, and expand business.
- Manage key accounts, negotiate contracts, monitor market trends, and prepare monthly reports.
- Coordinate orders, mentor junior staff, and maintain CRM and MS Office records.
- Proven sales record, strong communication, negotiation, leadership, analytical skills, target-driven, and own conveyance required.
