Job Description
Indus Motor is seeking a highly experienced candidate for the Manager position within our Manufacturing Division. The ideal candidate will have 8 to 10 years of relevant experience. Key responsibilities will include the development and execution of maintenance systems, management of PLCs and instrumentation, oversight of spare parts management, and driving continuous improvement initiatives through Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and lean practices. Additionally, the role involves revamping our Training Center to enhance operational efficiency.
Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Industrial, Electronics, or Instrumentation fields, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively.
