Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager to spearhead our regional sales strategy for the Toyota Sure business. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, along with 3-5 years of experience in the automotive sector, particularly in the used car market within Pakistan’s Central Region.
Your responsibilities will encompass ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures across our 3S Dealership network, performing competitor analysis, training and mentoring staff, overseeing marketing initiatives, and monitoring key performance indicators to drive business success.
