Job Description
Infocab Ltd, a reputable taxi service based in the UK, is expanding its operations to Pakistan. We are seeking a full-time Night Shift Operator with expertise in UK client relations and cab dispatching to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Professionally manage incoming calls.
- Provide accurate quotations and address customer inquiries.
- Assign bookings to drivers and effectively manage customer complaints.
Key Competencies Required:
- Preferably experienced with AUTOCAB.
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to remain calm and perform under pressure.
Salary: Rs. 60,00.00 – Rs. 90,00.00 per month plus overtime.
Location: Islamabad, near E11.
