Job Description
Innovative Software Solution is hiring a proactive Business Development Assistant to support sales and client acquisition. Key duties: lead generation, outreach, proposal preparation, CRM updates, and client onboarding. This full-time, in-person position requires compulsory strong written and verbal communication, a degree, basic eCommerce knowledge (Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Temu, TikTok Shop), and familiarity with basic development concepts. Applicants must be independent, organized, and comfortable with outreach on Indeed, Facebook, Reddit, and Instagram (preferred).
