Job Description
Interact Global is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior HR Generalist to enhance our daily Human Resources operations. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing employee relations, overseeing recruitment, facilitating performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate recruitment processes and oversee onboarding.
- Foster a positive work environment.
- Maintain employee records and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Manage performance reviews and development plans.
- Administer employee benefits programs effectively.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business, with 4-6 years of relevant HR experience and a strong understanding of HR regulations.
