Job Description
Position Summary:
We invite skilled candidates to apply for the position of Plant Operator at International Petrochemical. In this role, you will operate and maintain plant equipment to ensure efficient production processes, high-quality output, and strict compliance with safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain assigned plant machinery.
- Conduct routine inspections and report any abnormalities.
- Assist during plant start-up, shutdown, and emergency situations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Document operational data and communicate issues promptly to supervisors.
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Technical diploma or vocational training in Mechanical, Electrical, or Process Operations.
- 2 to 4 years of industrial plant operation experience.
- Capable of reading gauges, meters, and technical manuals.
- Physically fit for manual tasks and shift work.
