Job Description
INTERNATIONAL PHARMA LABS is seeking a dedicated HR Officer to join our team on a full-time basis. This in-person role offers a competitive salary ranging from Rs35,00.00 to Rs50,00.00 per month. The HR Officer will be responsible for conducting comprehensive audits of job descriptions to ensure they meet company standards and legal compliance. Essential duties include developing succession plans, overseeing training initiatives, and assessing performance metrics. You will work closely with department heads to refine the performance evaluation process, fostering a culture of continuous improvement through effective data management.
