Job Description
IT Empire is seeking a proactive and energetic individual to join our team as an Assistant HR Executive. In this vital role, you will assist with various HR functions, including recruitment, employee record management, payroll processing, training initiatives, and ensuring adherence to labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the recruitment process
- Oversee attendance and leave management
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration
- Facilitate employee training and performance assessments
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 0-1 years of HR experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
