As a Collection Representative, you will be responsible for identifying compliance issues, conducting investigations, and developing strategies to enhance customer retention in our vehicle tracking services. You will collaborate with various teams to address renewal inquiries and deliver insights through data analysis.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in B.Com/BBA or related field, relevant experience in customer or corporate services, and strong analytical and communication skills.
