Job Description

Jalal Sons is on the lookout for a motivated and detail-oriented Receptionist to provide crucial support to our CEO and Director. The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing daily activities and managing meeting schedules. Additionally, you will oversee company emails during the CEO’s absence and coordinate activities among administrative staff. Key responsibilities include sending meeting reminders, consolidating weekly reports from various departments, and efficiently handling all telephone inquiries by routing calls to the appropriate personnel.
