Job Description
Jalal Sons is seeking a full-time Bakery and Deli Supervisor to oversee all floor operations and manage staff responsibilities. The ideal candidate will supervise and guide team members to achieve maximum performance while analyzing sales reports to inform purchasing decisions.
You will be responsible for monitoring stock levels, handling returns, exchanges, and expirations, as well as managing damages and maintaining thorough records of purchases. Excellent customer service is paramount, and you will address customer complaints to uphold our store’s reputation.
Additionally, the role includes planning and executing in-store promotional events and displays.
Pay starts from Rs40,00.00 per month.
