JLPS Group is on the lookout for a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive with significant experience in cold calling, client outreach, and sales conversion. The ideal candidate should exhibit confidence during calls, possess persuasive communication skills, and demonstrate a strong commitment to achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through outbound calls.
• Convert leads into successful sales.
• Maintain effective communication with clients.
• Regularly update CRM systems.

Requirements: Experience in cold calling or tele sales, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven approach.
