Job Description
Hot N Spicy Pvt Ltd is on the lookout for a dedicated Feedback Supervisor to join our esteemed call center team in Defence Phase 5, Karachi. The chosen candidate will be responsible for reviewing customer interactions, gathering feedback, addressing complaints, and meticulously maintaining records in Excel. Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate service quality by analyzing recorded customer calls.
- Collect and assess customer feedback regarding their experiences.
- Professionally manage and resolve customer complaints.
- Keep accurate records of feedback and complaints in Excel.
- Collaborate with teams to improve service delivery standards.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a call center or customer service environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
