Job Description
The Arif Group of Companies is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Representative to join our team on a commission-only basis. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent persuasion skills and a strong passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain robust client relationships.
- Effectively present and sell products/services.
- Achieve and surpass sales targets.
Requirements: Proven sales experience is preferred. Strong communication skills, self-motivation, and a high school diploma are required. A Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
Compensation: Uncapped commission with a flexible schedule, starting at Rs200,00.00 per month.
