Job Description
ASK Development Limited is currently inviting applications for a full-time Technical Support Services position. The successful candidate will play a vital role in assisting customers and internal teams with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to software, hardware, and network systems. The ideal applicant will possess strong problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities, and a solid understanding of operating systems and IT infrastructure.
Applicants should have at least a high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for those holding an associate or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology. Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Cisco CCNA are advantageous.
