Job Description

Location: Wapda Town, Lahore (On-site)

Company: Interact Global

Shift Timings: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM or 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Salary: Up to 120,00 PKR per month

Experience Required: 3 – 5 years in the BPO Industry (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities: Oversee the complete recruitment cycle, formulate effective hiring strategies, conduct interviews, collaborate with internal departments, leverage sourcing channels, and maintain a positive candidate experience.

Requirements: 3-5 years of talent acquisition experience in BPO, sound understanding of recruitment processes, and proficiency with various recruitment tools.
