Job Description
Think Higher Consultants is actively seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for essential administrative functions, managing correspondence, and providing clerical assistance to the team. Candidates must possess strong communication skills, intermediate proficiency in MS Word, and a minimum of two years’ experience in a related role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including mailing, scanning, and document management.
- Engage effectively with clients and manage their inquiries.
- Assist with office activities, meetings, and events to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
