Job Description
INB is excited to announce an opening for the position of Assistant Import Export within our dynamic team. We are seeking a qualified candidate with a minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience in import operations.
Location: DHA, Karachi
Qualifications: A minimum Bachelor’s Degree is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the execution and documentation of import processes.
- Engage with international vendors and handle all corresponding communications.
- Coordinate with banking institutions for import documentation processing.
- Interface with freight forwarders, clearing agents, and insurance companies.
- Oversee import procedures, order placement, and logistical coordination.
- Track and follow up on shipments diligently.
- Ensure all import documents are verified, filed, and maintained accurately.
