Job Description
SMJ Industries is dedicated to promoting a sustainable and energy-efficient future in Pakistan. We are currently looking for an experienced Human Resource Officer to join our team at the Hattar Industrial Estate, Hattar, Haripur, KPK.
In this pivotal role, you will oversee HR functions, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with labor regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management and have 3-4 years of relevant experience, preferably within a production environment.
