Job Description
EWD Tech, a premier digital solutions provider based in Faisalabad, is actively seeking a qualified Operational Manager. This role involves overseeing daily operational functions to enhance efficiency and promote continuous improvement across the organization.
Key Responsibilities: You will manage operational procedures, coordinate activities across departments, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), implement cost-saving strategies, supervise team members, develop organizational policies, and cultivate a culture of innovation and improvement.
Requirements: Candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years of operations management experience, strong leadership skills, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
