Job Description

Seebiz SMC Pvt. Ltd. is searching for a motivated and results-oriented Performance Marketing Executive. This position demands a blend of innovative thinking and analytical skills. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a robust understanding of performance marketing channels and possess expertise in branding, social media strategies, SEO, and CRM management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms.
• Optimize campaigns to improve Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), and conversion rates.
• Conduct A/B testing of creatives and landing pages to enhance performance metrics.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of experience in digital or performance marketing.
• Proficient with Google Ads and Facebook/Meta Ads.
• Solid understanding of branding and content strategies.
• Exceptional communication abilities.
