Job Description
Technics Garments is looking for a dedicated Operations Manager to enhance our operational effectiveness. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing policies to promote our operational objectives, improve production and supply chain efficiencies, and oversee the entire manufacturing process from order placement to dispatch. Key responsibilities include driving continuous workflow enhancements, collaborating with quality assurance teams, and setting precise goals and KPIs for the operations team.
This full-time position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs150,00.00 to Rs200,00.00. Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree and have at least 6 years of experience in an operations management role. The work location is in-person, preferably in Sialkot Gpo.
