Job Description
Your Cloud Campus is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Manager to enhance our HR team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication abilities, strong organizational skills, and a proven history of sourcing and recruiting top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment aligned with approved staffing levels.
- Conduct interviews and screen potential candidates.
- Manage hiring processes and facilitate induction approvals.
- Support the HR Manager in salary and bonus evaluations.
- Oversee the Reward and Recognition program.
- Ensure accurate payroll processing and record maintenance.
Required Experience: At least 1 year in HR.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Human Resource Management.
Salary: Rs50,00.00 – Rs80,00.00 per month.
