Job Description
Macrise Tech Solutions is excited to announce an opening for a detail-oriented and reliable Patient Eligibility Specialist to join our revenue cycle team. This vital role focuses on ensuring accurate insurance verification and benefit coordination, which will help decrease claim denials while enhancing the patient experience through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately verify and document insurance coverage.
- Calculate estimated out-of-pocket expenses for patients.
- Obtain authorizations for procedures while ensuring compliance with Medicaid billing standards.
- Work collaboratively with the team to address discrepancies and enhance workflows.
